The therapy is based on the principle that our diseases are caused by an imbalance between our body, soul and spirit. According to Bach's theory, when these three aspects are in balance, we are in a healing state, while imbalance leads to suffering and illness. The flowers change and transform the negative emotions into positive ones accompanied with a conscious effort on the part of the person.
